Mike get behind the table Turtle screamed. Just in time Mike got to cover because the bank manager lined up his huge gun. Is that a grenade launcher Guts gasped and then
WHOOOSH!!!
The grenade launched out but hit a huge column in the bank and bounced back towards the manager. He yelled AUGH! and tried to run but it was too late. The grenade exploded and all that was left of the manager was a pair of feet in shoes that were smoking.
Turtle, Guts and Mike looked at each other. They slowly stood up and looked around the bank. A few dollar bills floated quietly through the air. It was completely quiet and eery in the bank. Maybe that's because they couldn't hear anything cause their ears were ringing.
Turtle said Ok lets get the money. WHAT? shouted Mike. Turtle grabbed a loose dollar bill and pointed at it and pointed at the safe. Mike and Guts nodded and they all headed to the safe door.

I'm also working on the writing thing my teacher is teaching me. We are doing recount writing because there is a writing sample on it in term 3.
We are working on scene setting and using the 5 senses to add details. She took us out to a grass field and made us take off our shoes. Then we went back to class and talked about our experience using the senses.
For touch I wrote:
The grass was cold but the mud underneath was coming up through it. It was sticky like glue but didn't stay on my feet.
For sound I wrote:
It was morning tea so there was the soccer game going on behind us. You could hear the thump of the ball being kicked and the stomping of lots of feet. And in the distance I could hear someone hammering.

I am writing a story about 3 guys who rob a bank. But they're not bad guys they are good guys and the bank is run by bad guys. The main guy is called Turtle but that's his nickname because he's steady and cool. The other two guys are Guts(because he's brave) and Mike.
So they are going to rob a bank to get the money from the baddies to save a hospital because Mike's mum is in the hospital and they are going to shut the hospital. They have a red van with the windows painted out and they all have guns.
There is going to be a huge gun fight in the bank and the boss of the bank is going to have a huge gun like a grenade launcher.
